Life doesn’t have to be complicated, so my approach is simple.

Connection is huge, and you can tell when it’s real. That’s why I try to call it like it “is” in a loving, gentle way for clients—always knowing that they are the experts on themselves.

Be Real

I pay attention, ask sincere questions, and listen care fully—trusting clients to resolve their challenges in collaboration with me. Most of the time, I just help people tap into their inner wisdom.

Be Curious

Seek Purpose

There is only so much (not much!) we can control in the external world. I help clients identify the values they can lean on to stay grounded within the waves of life.

I strive to help clients create meaning and connection in their lives…

…by adapting my approach to the person, their situation, and the goals that bring them to therapy.

Individuals I counsel often tell me they value my calm curiosity. They also share that they appreciate how I gently push them towards values-based action. I lean on various therapeutic approaches such as Internal Family Systems, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and more—but I don’t plan sessions around interventions. We just explore what’s coming up and let the “right” strategies and tools arrive organically.

In being with clients, I find I am often able to perceive subtle themes and patterns running through their lives. I find the key to helping often lies in sharing these observations gently and encouraging curiosity. When these observations hold truth and meaning for people and are nourished therapeutically, I have often seen them lead to growth and positive change.
